Warning: This tutorial is exclusively for Windows 7, do not follow this if you're using any other operating system. Windows 10 comes natively with drivers for your Operator device.
In case your GB Operator fails to install the driver automatically on Windows 7, you need to manually install it. Follow this step-by-step guide to install the driver.
We highly recommend you to upgrade to Windows 10 as it brings numerous features and improvements over Windows 7 that will make your experience with the GB Operator much better. Moreover, the last compatible Epilogue Playback app for Windows 7 is the v.0.7.2 version, which can be found here. However, if you need to stick to Windows 7, then continue following this guide.
