Return Policy

Hello! If you would like to return an Epilogue product, for any reason, we are here to help and you can find more information about how this is done in the following paragraphs. In case something is not satisfactory but you are not completely sure about a return, e-mail us at support@epilogue.co and we will work together to make sure you're happy with our products. 

Our return policy

  • We accept returns within 14 days, starting from the day your order is delivered to its initial destination (i.e. the address specified at check-out when first placing your order).
  • We offer partial refunds to the original payment method, which cover the full cost of the product itself, but exclude initial shipping costs.
  • We do not offer exchanges, store credit or different products in the place of the returned one.
  • All Epilogue products are eligible for return within the 14 days specified time-frame, no reason required (although feedback of all kinds is appreciated).

Requirements for returning products

  • Return request and return shipment must be completed within 14 days, starting from the day your order is delivered to its initial destination (i.e. the address specified at check-out when first placing your order).
  • Our product must be returned in its original packaging, including accessories, in order to be eligible for a refund. 
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.

How to initiate a return

  • Write an e-mail to support@epilogue.co containing your contact info, order number, which product you would like to return, how many units (if applicable) and, if you'd like, the reason for the refund request. This helps us improve our products and our customer's experience in the future.
  • We will contact you with information about return address and the return shipping process. There will be an additional cost involved on your part, covering the return shipping fee.

Additional information

  • No restocking fees have to be covered by the customer.
  • Return shipping costs will be covered by the customer.
  • Refund will cover the cost of product, but not the initial cost of shipping the order.
  • Refund will be issued in 5-7 working days after the product is safely delivered to our office and checked to follow the requirements listed above.
  • This policy is subject to possible modifications and can be updated or changed unilaterally at any moment. The version posted at the moment you request a refund is the one applicable in your case.
  • The current refund policy is valid from January 1st, 2021, for an indefinite time period until further notice.
