How can I pay for my order?
You can pay for your order on the checkout page, after adding desired products to cart and proceeding further along. You can choose between using a credit/debit card, PayPal and Apple Pay.
What currency are the Epilogue products shown in?
All of our products' prices are shown in US Dollars (USD) on the individual product page.
How do I know if my payment went through?
You will receive an automatic confirmation e-mail to the e-mail address you provide during checkout (double check that it is written correctly before placing your order since this is the main way we communicate with you). As long as no errors appear on screen related to your payment, then you can rest assured everything worked great.
What should I do if my payment transaction failed?
If you receive an error message that your payment transaction failed or you do not see the transaction in your payment method's recent history, then that means your payment could not be completed and the order was not placed with us.
We recommend that you first make sure there are sufficient available funds on your preferred payment method. Then, retry payment with extra attention given to the submitted information on your part, make sure there are no errors there (such as address, zip code, security code etc.) If the bank or financial institution declined your payment, contact said provider and inquire about your situation and why the transaction was declined. Alternatively, you can try using a different payment method. Make sure your payment method supports e-commerce transactions. If everything is correct, place the order again and retry the payment. What should I do before completing the payment on my order?
Before completing the payment, you should double check the information submitted (such as address, zip code, payment info, security code etc.) and make sure everything is correct. Check that there are sufficient available funds on your preferred method of payment at the time of placing the order. Finally, click to pay, sit back and relax - your order will get to you as soon as possible.
I have paid and want to cancel my order. What should I do?
Please contact us by e-mailing email@example.com and we'll cancel your order. Keep in mind that it is not possible to cancel an order after it has already been picked up by the shipping carrier, in this situation you may only return it. Can I change the billing details after an order has been paid?
Unfortunately, no. Billing details may not be modified in any way after an order has been placed. However, if you would like to change shipping details (such as delivery address or contact details), e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
How to apply a discount code?
On the payment portion of the checkout there is a field with the words "Discount Code". Click there, write your code and then click the "Apply" button. You can instantly see that the code has been applied by looking at your updated total sum to pay.
