We are dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction with our products and aim to make the return process as smooth as possible. Eligibility and Scope:

  • Applicability: This policy applies to customers residing outside the United States and the European Union.
  • Return Window: Returns are accepted within 14 days from the delivery date to the original destination.
  • Refund Details: Refunds are issued to the original payment method, covering the cost of the product but excluding the initial shipping costs or return costs.
  • Product Eligibility: All products are eligible for return within the 14-day period. We appreciate your feedback to help us improve.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid return requires the presentation of the order confirmation email.

Return Requirements:

  • Condition of Products: Returned items must include accessories, and show no signs of use.
  • Initiation Timeline: The return process must commence within 14 days following the delivery of the product.

Return Process:

  • Requesting a Return: To initiate a return, email with your contact information, order number, product details, quantity, and an optional reason for the return.
  • Return Instructions: We will provide details on the return address and shipping process.


  • Return Label Provision: We provide a return label via our shipping carriers, with its cost deducted from the refund amount. The cost of the return shipping will be provided to you beforehand.
  • Alternative Carrier Option: If you choose to use your own shipping carrier, ensure the product is delivered to our warehouse directly. Choosing your own infers a processing, restocking and customs documentation fee of $12 per order, this fee is subtracted from the refunded amount.
  • Restocking Fee Waiver: No restocking fees are applied when using our provided return labels.
  • Customs Tax and Initial Shipping: We do not refund customs taxes. Customers seeking customs tax refunds should contact their local customs authorities.

Additional Information:

  • Refund Processing Time: Refunds are issued within 5-7 working days after the returned product is received and verified.
  • Policy Amendments: This policy is subject to change. The version in effect at the time of your return will apply.
  • Local Law Compliance: This policy is designed to respect the local laws and consumer rights of international trade.
  • Effective Date: This policy has been in effect since January 1st, 2024, and remains valid until further notice.
