US Return Policy

Welcome to the Epilogue US Return Policy. This document is designed specifically for our customers in the United States. We are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with our products. Eligibility and Scope:

  • Applicability: This policy applies solely to customers residing in the United States.
  • Return Window: Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery to the original destination.
  • Refund Details: Refunds are issued to the original payment method and include the cost of the product and the standard shipping fee paid initially. However, if you opted for premium shipping, only the standard shipping fee will be refunded. Only the difference between the premium and standard shipping fees will be non-refundable.
  • Product Eligibility: All products can be returned within the 14-day period, regardless of the reason. We welcome any feedback for improvement.
  • Proof of Purchase: An order confirmation email is required to process the return.

Return Requirements:

  • Condition of Products: Returned items must include accessories, and show no signs of use.
  • Initiation Timeline: The return process must begin within the specified 14-day period after delivery.

Return Process:

  • Requesting a Return: To initiate a return, email with your contact information, order number, product details, quantity, and an optional reason for the return.
  • Return Instructions: We will provide details on the return address and shipping process.


  • Return Label Provision: We provide a return label via our shipping carriers, with its cost deducted from the refund amount. The cost of the return shipping will be provided to you beforehand.
  • Refunds Including Shipping Fee: We refund the initial shipping fee at the standard rate for the destination, irrespective of the shipping method used during purchase. However, if you opted for premium shipping, only the standard shipping fee will be refunded. Premium shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Alternative Carrier Option: If you choose to use your own shipping carrier, ensure the product is delivered to our warehouse directly. Choosing your own infers a processing and restocking fee of $8 per order, this fee is subtracted from the refunded amount.
  • Restocking Fee Waiver: No restocking fees are applied when using our provided return labels.

Additional Information:

  • Refund Processing Time: Refunds are issued within 5-7 working days after the returned product is received and verified.
  • Policy Amendments: This policy is subject to change. The version in effect at the time of your return will apply.
  • Compliance with Local Laws: This policy adheres to the laws and consumer rights within the United States. Our policy does not override the local laws and rights in your jurisdiction.
  • Effective Date: This policy is effective from January 1st, 2024, until further notice.
  • Return-To-Sender: Sometimes, due to an incomplete/incorrect address provided by the client or no one being at the destination to accept the package, delivery fails. In this case, the package will be returned to our warehouse. Once it is processed, we offer the option of re-sending the order (costs of the second shipping will be covered by client) or a refund (for the item price, excluding initial shipping costs which have already been forwarded to the carrier).
