If you need to return your GB Operator, this guide will help you package it securely. Follow these steps to ensure a smooth return process.
Step 1: Gather Your Materials
Before you start, make sure you have:
- Your GB Operator and all its accessories.
- The original product box, or a similarly sized box if the original is not available.
- A printer for the return label.
- An extra sturdy shipping box to place the product box inside.
- Packing materials (bubble wrap, packing peanuts, etc.).
- A pen or marker.
Step 2: Prepare the Product
Place the GB Operator and its accessories back into the original product box. If you don't have the original box, use a similarly sized one. Ensure the device is well-protected and secure.
Step 3: Include a Note
Write a note with your order and ticket number in this format: "[ORDER NR] #[TICKET NR]". Put this note inside the product box.
Step 4: Protect the Product Box
Wrap the product box in protective material, such as bubble wrap. If you don't have bubble wrap, a soft cloth can be used as an alternative to cushion the product during transit.
Step 5: Prepare the Shipping Box
If using a new shipping box, line it with packing materials. Place the sealed product box inside.
Step 6: Attach the Return Label
Print and attach the return label to the outside of the shipping box. Ensure it's visible and the barcode is scannable.
Step 7: Write the RMA Number (For US and Canada)
For orders in the US and Canada, write the RMA number on the outside of the box. Use this format: RMA #R-[ORDER NR].
Step 8: Ship It Back
Drop the package off at your nearest shipping center and retain the tracking number for your records.
Important Notes:
- For Orders Outside the US/Canada: The RMA number is not necessary.
- Missing Product Box or Accessories: If the product box or any accessory is missing, inform the support agent processing your return.
- Return Processing Time: Once tracking shows the return has been delivered, please allow several business days for the return to be processed and confirmed.
